Catrin Daly holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University, where she was invited to join the Golden Key International Honor Society, the world’s largest collegiate society for top-performing graduate students. Catrin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology with Honours from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK.

Catrin has a particular interest in improving quality of life and health outcomes for those with chronic health conditions through optimising nutrition and healthy weight management, with a focus on health at every size, mindful eating and the importance of gut health.

Catrin believes in a person-centred care approach, working with clients to develop individualised and realistic strategies to help them to meet their nutrition goals, in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Catrin is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and an Affiliate Member of Diabetes SA.
