Dr Grant Baker

Dr Grant Baker is an Adelaide GP consulting from our Mitcham Medical Centre with an interest in skin, musculoskeletal and sports medicine.

Dr Baker graduated from medical school at the University of Adelaide in 1993.

He undertook his intern year at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he also worked in the Emergency Department after undertaking some anaesthetics training in the United Kingdom. Dr Baker completed his Fellowship in General Practice in 1999.

He also has a Diploma in Obstetrics, a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Rural Skills (anaesthetics) and a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education. He is a Clinical Lecturer with the Flinders University and Manager of Clinical Simulation for Sturt Fleurieu General Practice Education and Training. He is currently chair of the Riverland Division of General Practice and Board member of the Country South SA Medicare Local.

Dr Baker spent 15 years as a rural GP in the Riverland based in Barmera. Being a qualified tennis coach who has represented Australia at junior level he has always had an interest in Sports Medicine. He has a young family who are heavily involved in Basketball, Football and Tennis. When he is not busy running the children around he enjoys a hit of golf.

Dr Baker’s interests include Sports Medicine, Musculoskeletal Assessment and Injuries as well as minor procedures including skin lesion removals, in grown toenail surgery and skin cancer assessment.

Dr Alice Willson

Dr Alice Willson is an Adelaide GP consulting from our Mitcham Medical Centre with interests in paediatrics, women’s health, pregnancy and postnatal care.

Dr Willson completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of South Australia in 2005, before going on to study Medicine at Flinders University, graduating in 2011.

Dr Willson has worked in a number of hospitals across Adelaide, including the Women’s and Children’s Hospital where she gained valuable experience in Paediatrics as well as Obstetrics and Women’s Health.

Dr Willson has been working in general practice since 2015, in both rural and city locations and completed her Fellowship of the RACGP in early 2017. She has particular interests in Paediatrics, Women’s Health and Pregnancy and Postnatal Care.

She has completed a Diploma in Child Health as well as a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health from Shine SA and is accredited to provide Antenatal Care in conjunction with the major public hospitals.

Dr Wendy Feng

Dr Wendy Feng is an Adelaide trained GP consulting from our Mitcham Medical Centre with interests in women’s health and sexual health.

Dr Feng undertook her medical training at The University of Adelaide and graduated in 2015.

Dr Feng has worked in a number of Medical Centres and hospitals including, Aberfoyle Park Medical Centre, Reynella Medical Centre, Hackham Medical Centre, Repatriation General Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre. Dr Feng has hospital experience in ED, eating disorders, dermatology, infectious disease, gynaecology and obstetrics.

Dr Feng is particularly interested in Sexual Health, Women’s Health, Transgender and Gender Non-conforming Health. Wendy is accredited for obstetric shared care and does a range of minor procedures including; skin excisions, contraceptive devices insertion, ear microsuction and iron infusions.

Dr Brett Larwood

Dr Brett Larwood is a General Practitioner consulting from our Mitcham Medical Centre. He has special interests in common illnesses, chronic illnesses and mental health.

Dr Brett Larwood holds a bachelor degree in medicine and surgery from Flinders University awarded in 1990, and a fellowship with the RACGP awarded in 1998.

Dr Larwood completed an internship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital during its sesquicentennial year in 1990, followed by Family Medicine Training at the RAH in 1991. He completed two years basic surgical training at the Launceston General Hospital in 1993 and ’94 followed by a year of emergency medicine training in 1995.

Dr Larwood completed his GP training in the Australian Community of the Year, Deloraine in 1997. In 1998 and ’99 he worked in Broken Hill for the RFDS, and did obstetrics training in the following year. He also did extensive training in mental health in South Australia up to 2005 returning to Broken Hill to work.

Dr Larwood has special interests in common illnesses, chronic illnesses and mental health.

Outside of work, Dr Larwood enjoys spending time with family, friends, playing the piano, gardening, swimming, bush walking, bird watching and nature in general, and reading, predominantly modernist fiction literature.

Dr Jane Strong

Dr Jane Strong is a doctor in Mitcham with interests in women’s health, antenatal and postnatal care, paediatrics, sexual health, mental health, chronic disease and dermatology.

Dr Jane Strong has been a GP for over 30 years, acquiring a broad range of skills in this field including teaching and mentoring medical students and GP Registrars. Dr Strong graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Newcastle in 1989 and has worked in both Tasmania and South Australia.

She has a broad range of medical interests including pregnancy and postnatal care, paediatrics, women’s health, skin conditions, mental health, chronic disease and ageing.

Outside of work Dr Strong enjoys bushwalking, swimming, reading and cinema. She is also learning French!

Dr Caitlin Thomas

Dr Caitlin Thomas is an Adelaide GP consulting from ProHealth Care Mitcham who enjoys a broad spectrum of general practice, including chronic disease management and women’s health.

Dr Thomas graduated from Flinders University in 2019, completing rotations in Adelaide, Mount Gambier, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs, as well as overseas placement in Vanuatu.
She undertook her intern year at Flinders Medical Centre, before gaining further experience at Gold Coast University Hospital, South Coast District Hospital, Royal Darwin Hospital and Glenside Health Services. During this time, she has gained a breadth of experience all of which she incorporates into her practice.

Dr Christine Osborne

Dr Christine Osborne is an Adelaide General Practitioner who practices from our medical centre in Mitcham. She has special interests in Paediatrics and Women’s Health.

Dr Christine Osborne graduated from Flinders University with her Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine in 2019. She has also completed a Certificate in the Sydney Child Health Program which is a comprehensive program in paediatric medicine covering 30 subspecialty areas from neonate to adolescents.

Dr Osborne has prior work experience at Flinders Medical Centre (Acute Medical, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Emergency Medicine), Margaret Tobin Centre – Psychiatry, Noarlunga Hospital – Emergency Medicine, Women’s and Children’s Hospital  (Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatric Surgery and Urology, and Paediatric Emergency Medicine).

She has special interests in Paediatrics and Women’s Health, currently completing her Certificate in Women’s Health through RANZCOG to be able to provide patients with shared antenatal care.

Outside of work, Dr Osborne loves travelling, baking and exploring local wonders with her young family. Although she grew up in Adelaide, Dr Osborne was born in the Philippines and is able to speak Tagalog. She is a strong advocate for embracing cultural diversity around health care.

Dr Jerry (Kwok) Dang

Dr Jerry (Kwok) Dang is a consultant geriatrician specialising in geriatric medicine with an interest in multi-morbidity, cognitive impairment, polypharmacy and frailty.

Dr Dang graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2012 and obtained Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2021 with advanced training in geriatric medicine and experience across all major tertiary hospitals in South Australia.

Dr Jerry is currently a staff specialist at Flinders Medical Centre and contributes to training of basic and advanced trainees. He is affiliated with the University of Adelaide as a clinical lecturer, assists with the end of year examinations and contributes to eMedici, an online teaching platform. He is a reviewer for the Australian Journal of General Practice, has been involved with various hospital-based working groups to improve health outcomes, and has contributed to research in the areas of SIADH, atrial fibrillation, and hip fracture management. He is dedicated to comprehensive and patient focused care.

Payment Terms

Private Patients
We are not a bulk-billing medical practice and require full payment of consultation fees at the time of appointment. Our facilities allow Medicare rebates to be paid directly into your bank account within 24 hours in most instances.

A $5.50 ‘Practice Administration Levy’ will be applied to all privately billed consultations.

Children and Concession Card Holders
Our medical clinic is pleased to offer bulk-billing to all children up to the age of 12 years and under. DVA Gold Card Holders will be ‘bulk-billed’ for all appointments. Concession Card Holders will be charged a reduced fee.

Please ensure you bring your concession card at the time of consultation and note that bulk-billing does not apply to other forms of concession cards such as Commonwealth Seniors Card.
