Andrew Bradley has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and Health Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Science from the University of South Australia. Andrew is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
Andrew is motivated to assist others in improving their health and wellbeing through a range of exercise strategies. Andrew is experienced in conducting health assessments, functional capacity evaluations and cardiovascular fitness tests and has the skills to develop individual home and gym based exercise programs. Andrew also specialises in behavioural change and can provide information on health and physical activity education and lifestyle modification methods.
