Carolina is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in Clinical and Sports Dietetics, focusing on weight management, chronic diseases, rehabilitation, and physical
performance.

Carolina Sartori graduated from São Paulo State University with a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition in 2004 and a Postgraduate Degree in Exercise Physiology from the Federal University of São Paulo in 2005.

Carolina has been working in private practice since 2005, providing dietetic consultations in clinics, gyms and clubs, in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a sports dietitian, Carolina’s most important positions were at the Olympic Centre of Training and Research (São Paulo – 2006-2010), and in the high performance volleyball teams at SESI-SP (São Paulo – 2010- 2013).

Carolina is also the author of “Food and nutrition adequate to training needs”, chapter of the book “Sports training – Aspects that interfere in the training of athletes”, São Paulo, Brazil (2013) and author of the book “Eating Well and Healthy – Nutritional Guide”), São Paulo, Brazil (2006).

Outside of work, Carolina enjoys traveling, cooking, trying different foods and dishes, yoga and capoeira.

Located on the corner of Sturt Road and Harrow Street at 141 Sturt Road, we offer convenient on-site and disability access from the rear of the premises. Our Sturt Road Dietetic Practice offers same day appointment availability and a convenient on-line booking system.
