Thomas is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologist with ESSA.

Thomas is equipped with the knowledge and skills to assist clients in the management of chronic conditions through the prescription of exercises. His areas of interest include:

  • Musculo-Skeletal Pain
  • Neurological Rehabilitation for complex conditions such as Stroke and Parkinson’s Disease
  • Cardiovascular Conditions including treatment of Hypertension and Heart Disease

Thomas uses a range of health assessments to design and implement an individualised exercise program aimed at helping clients achieve their goals.

Ben Edwards

Ben is an Adelaide Exercise Physiologist with an interest in Chronic disease management, Diabetes and Musculoskeletal pain.

Ben Edwards has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Studies and Human Movement and a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of South Australia. He was the dux of the 2017 cohort. He has done placements at Southern Cross Care (Aged care), Adelaide Exercise Physiology and Inform Health and Fitness Solutions. He has an interest in Chronic disease management, Diabetes management, Musculoskeletal pain and Mental Health.

John Cox

John Cox is a qualified Exercise Physiologist consulting from our Gym and Rehabilitation Studio in Kidman Park with expertise in Strength & Conditioning.

John Cox completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement before attaining a Masters Degree in Exercise Science  to become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in 2013.

John has gone on to undertake a further Masters of Exercise Science in Strength and Condition to pursue his passion in sports injury management, prevention and rehabilitation. John loves being involved in sports at all levels and is particularly passionate about football (soccer).

John has spent many years working in an acute rehabilitation setting, over-seeing orthopaedic pre and post-operative management. John enjoys working with patients of all ages to achieve excellent health outcomes through safe, individualised and effective exercise prescription.

Our Exercise Physiology Clinic in Kidman Park is located at 380 Grange Road, Kidman Park. The practice is part of a purpose built medical facility with innovative architectural design to provide state of the art facilities for the delivery of high quality Exercise Physiology services and instruction to our patients. Our Kidman Park Exercise Clinic operates 6-Days of the week with same day appointment availability and a convenient on-line booking system. We offer a range of individual and group training classes including Diabetes Classes, Strength for Life Classes, Falls and Balance Classes and Functional Rehabilitation.
