Andrew is an Adelaide Exercise Physiologist with an interest in prevention and management of complex chronic diseases.
Andrew Bradley has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and Health Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Science from the University of South Australia. Andrew is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
Andrew is motivated to assist others in improving their health and wellbeing through a range of exercise strategies. Andrew is experienced in conducting health assessments, functional capacity evaluations and cardiovascular fitness tests and has the skills to develop individual home and gym based exercise programs. Andrew also specialises in behavioural change and can provide information on health and physical activity education and lifestyle modification methods.
As an Exercise Physiologist, Andrews areas of interest are in the prevention and management of health complications and chronic diseases such as: Obesity, Heart problems, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cancer, Depression and Anxiety, Musculoskeletal pain, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Asthma, and COPD.
Ben is an Adelaide Exercise Physiologist with an interest in Chronic disease management, Diabetes and Musculoskeletal pain.
Ben Edwards has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Studies and Human Movement and a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of South Australia. He was the dux of the 2017 cohort. He has done placements at Southern Cross Care (Aged care), Adelaide Exercise Physiology and Inform Health and Fitness Solutions. He has an interest in Chronic disease management, Diabetes management, Musculoskeletal pain and Mental Health.
