Dale Woodhams is an Exercise Physiologist supporting clients with conditions like diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, obesity, COPD and chronic pain to improve their health and mobility.

Dale Woodhams holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and Health Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Science from the University of South Australia, and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). With over 15 years of experience in the field of exercise physiology, Dale has extensive expertise in designing home‑based and gym‑based programs that support individuals living with chronic conditions to improve functional capacity and daily quality of life.

He specialises in evidence‑based exercise prescription, lifestyle modification and behavioural support for a wide range of chronic conditions including diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, cardiovascular disease, lymphedema, COPD and depression. Dale’s approach focuses on empowering clients to make sustainable changes that enhance overall health and make everyday activities more achievable.

In his spare time, Dale loves nothing more than spending time with his young family.
