How do I start?

All clients at Pro Exercise SA must be assessed before commencing a group program. This includes recording a comprehensive patient history, identifying individuals goals and preparing the patient for an appropriate group program. The assessment will also determine the patient’s suitability for group classes.

Cost and Bookings

$20.00 (Concession $17.50) a class. Classes can be funded through private health insurance if eligible. Bookings are essential and can be made at reception.

What to bring

Ensure you wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.
