At Pro Health Care, our program is led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) who specialise in senior strength and mobility.

What Is the Pro Strength Program?

The program is suitable for beginners through to active older adults who want to stay strong and mobile.

Our Pro Strength classes include movements that target major muscle groups to support daily activities such as climbing stairs, carrying groceries, standing from a seated position, and maintaining balance.

If you live in the north, our Hope Valley exercise physiology clinic offers convenient access to Pro Strength sessions delivered in a safe, supervised setting.

Those living near the coast can also access Pro Strength through our Aldinga clinic, which offers a welcoming atmosphere for older adults beginning strength training.

How do I start?

To start Pro Strength you will first require an initial assessment with our Exercise Physiologist. They will assess your needs and various conditions to ensure that a strengthening program is put into place in a safe and effective manner.

Cost and Bookings

$14 per session. A full assessment with our Exercise Physiologist is required prior to commencing this program. Please enquire with reception for fees and to make your booking. Alternatively, you can book your class online here.

What to bring

Ensure you wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Class Times

Our Pro Strength classes are held Monday through to Friday. Please ask at Reception for confirmation of the most current class times.
