We would like to welcome to the Pro Health Care family the Rose Street Clinic! Dr David Nguyen who you may know from Beverley, Kidman Park and Stirling will be joining the team at Glenelg as partner and practicing practitioner.
“To the valued patients of Rose Street Clinic,
Many of you may have already noticed me around the practice or seen me consulting since I commenced at Rose Street Clinic in December 2025. It has been a pleasure meeting many of you already.
I am writing to let you know that I will be joining the team as a working partner, and that the practice will become part of the Pro Health Care network. From 27 January 2026, the practice will be known as Pro Health Care Glenelg.
To provide some reassurance, Pro Health Care is family‑run, with each practice independently owned and operated at a practice level. Being part of a wider network brings access to shared knowledge, systems and resources that support the effective running of a medical practice.
This structure allows each practice, and its Doctors, to focus on what matters most – delivering high‑quality medical care.
We are delighted to confirm that all current owners, Dr Martin Davey, Dr Ineke Pattichis and Dr Helen Schinckel, along with the existing team of Doctors, Dr Helen Paech and Dr Suchi Garg, will continue their work at the practice. We are also excited to welcome our new Registrar, Dr Alexander Mesecke, who will be joining the team soon.
The current owners have been closely involved in planning the transition to Pro Health Care Glenelg to ensure a smooth experience for patients and staff. Our goal is for the transition to be steady, thoughtful and minimally disruptive.
A little about me, I’m a GP who values genuine connection and a proactive, practical approach to care. I have a special interest in preventive health, men’s health, chronic disease management, and mental wellbeing, and I’m passionate about helping my patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their health decisions.
I completed my medical degree at the University of Adelaide, followed by hospital training across metropolitan Adelaide in orthopaedics, gastroenterology, rehabilitation, paediatrics, and obstetrics, before undertaking GP training and working in both metropolitan and rural clinics throughout South and Western Australia.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time in and around the water – whether that’s a day at the beach, swimming or freediving. I’m a bit of a sports nuff, love cooking, camping, and catching up with mates – and I’ll admit I get far too invested in reality TV.
Lastly, we would like to acknowledge and thank Dr Davey, Dr Pattichis and Dr Schinckel for establishing and nurturing a practice widely recognised for its commitment to high‑quality patient care. We are honoured by the trust placed in Pro Health Care to continue this legacy for many years to come, and we will work hard to uphold the standard they have set.
