Dr Sally Parsons graduated from Flinders University with Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery in 1995 and completed her intern year at Flinders Medical Centre (FMC). She went on to do a Diploma in Child Health at the Women’s and Children’s hospital (WCH), also working for 6 months in Obstetrics and Gynecology and gaining extra qualifications in Obstetrics.

Dr Parsons obtained her Fellowship with the College of General Practice in 1998. She works in all areas of general practice however areas of particular interest include Paediatrics, Women’s Health and Palliative Care. She also has a keen interest in shared care; looking after pregnant women in conjunction with WCH and FMC.

Apart from gaining 2 years experience in country practice, working in Kadina, she has been at Pro Health Care (previously Stirling Medical Centre) since completing general practice training.

Dr Jane Thiel

Dr Jane Thiel studied Medicine at Flinders University in South Australia, and graduated in 1994. Since then, she has spent time working in Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and the Riverland in SA. Jane now lives in the Adelaide Hills. Previously she practiced as a GP in Millicent, as well as providing Women’s Health Clinics in rural communities through the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Dr Chinpo Sam graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2000. Since then, she has worked in a number of Adelaide Public Hospitals in the areas of General Medicine, Palliative Care as well as Women’s Health and Paediatrics. Dr Sam entered General Practice in 2004 and commenced at our Stirling Practice in 2005. She enjoys all aspects of general practice but has particular interest in family medicine women’s health, paediatrics and adult medicine.

Dr Margaret Low has been a GP for over 15 years. Dr Luke Duffy received his Doctor of Medicine in 2015 from Flinders University. Following internship he spent his residency years gaining experience in acute medicine, spending residency years working in Intensive and Critical Care, Anaesthesia and Emergency Medicine at Flinders Medical Centre.

Before becoming a doctor Luke was a physiotherapist.

He completed fellowship with the RACGP in 2021 and finds life as a GP to be both challenging and rewarding. He strives to provide holistic and comprehensive care to people of all ages and backgrounds. Luke is interested in all aspects of General Practice including common and complex conditions and also performs minor surgical / skin procedures.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time in nature, travelling, camping and hiking, playing guitar, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Ashleigh Nolan

Dr Ashleigh Nolan is an Adelaide trained family doctor with a special interest in Women’s Health and Child Health.

Dr Ashleigh Nolan graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2011. She undertook an internship at the Lyell McEwin Hospital and had Rural General Practice training in Loxton and Kapunda. Prior returning to Adelaide and starting at Pro Health Care Norwood in 2019 she worked in Darwin for a year.

Dr Ashleigh received her Fellowship of the RACGP in 2015 and Diploma in Child Health.

Her special areas of interest include, Women’s Health and Child Health. She is trained to perform insertion and removal of Women’s Health Contraceptive devices.

Dr Jonas Kasauskas

Dr Jonas Kasauskas is a doctor in Stirling in the Adelaide Hills with interests in Aviation Medicine and minor procedural surgery.

Dr Kasauskas obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Adelaide University in 1979. After completing his Internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, he participated in the Family Medicine Programme, including training for Obstetrics and Anaesthetics, as preparation for rural General Practice. The move from Adelaide to Kingston SE, with partner Dr Lindy Poole, happened in 1983, where they managed their own practice for a total of 17 years, assisted by a third doctor from 1988.

Since happily joining Stirling Medical Centre (now Pro Health Care Stirling) in 2000, Dr Kasauskas has also maintained his interest in Rural Medicine by doing regular (1 week in 6) locum work with Rural Doctors Workforce Agency, all around South Australia.

Although no longer actively involved in Obstetrics and Anaesthetics, he has retained his interest in Aviation Medicine, and minor surgery, including regular surgical assists at Stirling District Hospital.

Outside interests include travel, bush walking, photography, cars, windsurfing, gardening, wine and food, and of course, grandchildren!

Dr Kristen Tee

Dr Tee is a GP with particular interest in Women’s Health Issues and Paediatrics consulting from Pro Health Care Stirling in the Adelaide Hills.

Dr Tee completed her fellowship and became a fully qualified GP early 2018. She completed her medical degree at Adelaide University in 2013 and has also worked at the Queen Elizabeth and Women’s and Children’s Hospitals. In 2015 Kristen completed her diploma in Child Health and Certificate of Women’s Health, subsequently joining the Pro Health Care Team in 2016. Dr Tee has an interest in Women’s Health and Paediatrics, including Antenatal Shared Care and insertion of contraceptive devices. She is also a reviewer for the Australian Family Physician Journal and contributes to student teaching on the eMedici site.

Payment Terms

Private Patients
We are not a bulk-billing medical practice and require full payment of consultation fees at the time of appointment. Our facilities allow Medicare rebates to be paid directly into your bank account within 24 hours in most instances.

A $5.50 ‘Practice Administration Levy’ will be applied to all privately billed consultations.

Children and Concession Card Holders
Our medical clinic is pleased to offer bulk-billing to children up to the age of 9. Concession Card Holders will be charged a reduced fee. Please ensure that you bring your concession card at the time of consultation and note that bulk-billing does not apply to other forms of concession cards such as the Commonwealth Seniors Card.
