How to Fight the Flu this Winter

Flu (or infl uenza) is caused by viruses, not bacteria, so antibiotics won’t help, as antibiotics do not kill bacteria. Most people who have the fl u and who are generally healthy and well, will get better without any treatment because the body’s immune system will take care of the infection on its own.
