Flavoured Water – Two Ways

Strawberry/Raspberry Water

Ingredients

1 handful of strawberries or raspberries (or small handful of both)

Ice cubes

Water

Method

Mash up the strawberries or raspberries with a fork then add to a jug full of ice cubes and water – stir to mix through!

Cucumber and Lime Water

Ingredients

1 handful of fresh mint

Lemon or lime juice

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

Ice cubes

Water

Method

Scrunch a handful of fresh mint in your hands to get the flavour going and add to a jug full of ice cubes and water along with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Add the sliced cucumber to the jug of water and stir to combine.
