Thália de Paula

Thália is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in weight management and chronic disease management. She also has a focus on eating behaviours and disordered eating, supporting clients to make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes.

Thália graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, in 2015, and went on to complete a Postgraduate Degree in Paediatric Clinical Nutrition. She has also undertaken extensive training in eating behaviour, disordered eating, and eating disorders through specialised courses, seminars, and workshops.

Since 2015, Thália has worked in private practice both in Brazil and Australia, providing nutrition consultations in person and via telehealth. Over the years, she has supported clients across all ages, from children to older adults, and values building strong, trusting relationships that allow her to tailor personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans. One of the most meaningful highlights of her career has been witnessing clients achieve lasting improvements in health and wellbeing through these partnerships.

Thália will be consulting from our Aldinga, Dover Gardens, Henley Beach, and Kidman Park clinics from September 2025.

Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, barbecues, travelling, and exploring new foods and local culture with her family.

Conveniently located in the heart of Glenelg, our Dietitian Clinic is part of a 5-Day Medical Centre that is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with same day appointment availability and a convenient on-line booking system.
