In response to state imposed restrictions, Pro Health Care would like to make our patients aware of the following measures that have been put in place through to Wednesday, 25th November;
- All Doctors and Psychologists will encourage appointments via Telehealth Consultation with only limited patient contact where absolutely necessary.
- All clinics will be limiting entry of patients into the waiting room. If you are required to be seen for consultation, please remain in your car or outside the clinic and call upon arrival. You will be given instruction as to when and how you should enter the clinic.
- If attending the clinic, we require that you do so wearing a face mask. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to provide face masks for patients.
- All Allied Health and Dental appointments will be rescheduled to some time after the 25th November. We have sent out messages to anyone with appointments and our team of practitioners will be making an effort to reach out to these patients and discuss appointment rescheduling in the next day or two.
Please be mindful that we are dealing with multiple requests and unprecedented call volumes throughout this period. We ask that all our patients remain patient and respect the guidelines above which we consider best practice in the interests of the broader community throughout the next 6 days.
