Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) – 75g
- Low fat Greek yogurt – 150g
- Blueberries –14 units
- Banana – ½ medium sliced in – 7
- Raspberries – 7 units
- Shredded coconut – 1 tbsp
Method
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave alternating 30 seconds heat and stirring until completely melted.
- In a silicon ice cube tray, put one teaspoon of melted chocolate in each hole.
- Add Greek yogurt (about 1-2 teaspoons) in each hole.
- For two different flavours, add 1 slice of banana + 2 blueberries in half of the holes and one raspberry + shredded coconut in the other half.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours (or until needed).
- Allow the tray to soften at room temperature for a few minutes, pop the bites out and enjoy!
