Chocolate-Covered Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) – 75g
  • Low fat Greek yogurt – 150g
  • Blueberries –14 units
  • Banana – ½ medium sliced in – 7
  • Raspberries – 7 units
  • Shredded coconut – 1 tbsp

Method

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave alternating 30 seconds heat and stirring until completely melted.
  2. In a silicon ice cube tray, put one teaspoon of melted chocolate in each hole.
  3. Add Greek yogurt (about 1-2 teaspoons) in each hole.
  4. For two different flavours, add 1 slice of banana + 2 blueberries in half of the holes and one raspberry + shredded coconut in the other half.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours (or until needed).
  6. Allow the tray to soften at room temperature for a few minutes, pop the bites out and enjoy!
