At Pro Veterans Care, part of Pro Health Care, we are proud to operate Adelaide’s first dedicated veteran health clinic. Founded and led by Dr Roland Oak, a veteran himself with over 20 years of ADF service, our clinic understands the unique needs of current and former service members.

Eligibility & Costs
Who is eligible?
You may qualify for DVA support if you are:
- A veteran, reservist, or serving ADF member
- Holding a Gold Card, White Card, or Orange Card
- Awaiting claim approval but eligible under Provisional Access to Medical Treatment (PAMT)
No out-of-pocket costs
- Diagnostic assessments, incapacity reports, and impairment evaluations are covered for eligible veterans.
- Once DVA liability is accepted, many ongoing services may be fully funded.
How the Process Works
- Initial Review – We gather your service history, medical records and current claims.
- Assessment – Clinical investigations and allied health evaluations as required.
- Service Linking – Establishing connections between conditions and service history.
- DVA Reports – Preparing and submitting compliant documentation to DVA.
- Ongoing Care – Coordinating long-term management through our Adelaide medical centres.

Do I need to pay for assessments?
No. DVA-required diagnostic and impairment assessments are covered at no cost.
What’s the difference between Gold and White Cards?
- Gold Card: full treatment cover for all accepted conditions.
- White Card: covers treatment for accepted service-related conditions.
Can I start treatment before my claim is approved?
Yes. With PAMT, some treatments can commence while your claim is being processed.
Do you provide telehealth?
