Tessa holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Physiotherapy, and is also Dry Needling qualified. Tessa graduated from Flinders University in 2025.

She brings a broad range of clinical experience across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, acute care, rural health, and hydrotherapy. Throughout her training, Tessa has worked with a wide variety of patients, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, living with neurological conditions, or requiring disability support.

Tessa also has a strong background in sports physiotherapy, having worked as a Sports Trainer for two years and currently supporting athletes as a physiotherapist. Her eight years as a swimming instructor have shaped her passion for water‑based rehabilitation and helping patients build confidence in aquatic environments.

Outside of work, Tessa loves walking her dog, going for a swim, staying active with Pilates and gym, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
