Adelaide GP Doctors

Dr Natalie undertook her medical training in England and graduated in 2009.

Dr Natalie trained in the UK and worked in a range of medical and surgical specialities for two years post graduation and before moving to Australia. She has worked in Adelaide at Lyell McEwin Hospital in Emergency Medicine for a number of years as an Emergency trainee before transferring to General Practice training in 2016.

Dr Chalder enjoys the wide variety that General Practice offers. She especially likes the continuity of care in General Practice and the therapeutic relationships she makes with patients.

Dr Chalder is also Certified in Implanon Insertions and can provide Iron Infusions.

Dr Andrew Linn graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2003. He completed a Diploma of Child Health in 2006 at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2011. His interest in patient care are broad and patient-centred, including general medical health for both men and women, as well as particular interest in child health and mental health. In addition to consulting in General Practice, Dr Linn is involved in medical education at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the University of Adelaide, and is a clinical examiner for the Australian Medical Council and Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Theresa Creagh graduated from the University of Southampton (UK) Medical School in 1991.She obtained her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1994 and her Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1996. She worked as a GP at the Southampton University Health Service where she became a Partner in 2000. In addition she worked as the Lead Doctor in a Children’s Hospice for 9 years.

She moved to Adelaide in 2010 and joined the Team at North Adelaide Family Practice in 2012. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice with particular interests in Child Health, Women’s Health, Adolescent and Student Health.

Dr Tuc Nguyen graduated from Flinders University in 2018. He has previously worked at Lyell McEwin Hospital and Modbury Hospital across various specialties. He is interested in all areas of general practice, especially paediatrics, geriatric medicine, diabetes management and chronic disease management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping and playing golf.

Dr Yan Lim graduated from the University of Dublin, Ireland in 2008 and completed her internship before moving to Adelaide. She has general training experience in Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals. Yan enjoys the broad range of presentations in general practice with a particular interest in Palliative Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr Lim enjoys music and spending time with her family.

Dr Geordie holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), MD, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr Morgan studied medicine through the Northern Territory Medical Program at Flinders University and graduated in 2018. His early career included completing his intern and junior medical years at Royal Darwin Hospital, where he gained experience across multiple specialties, including emergency medicine, medicine, surgery, paediatrics, haematology, and renal medicine. He began his GP training in the Northern Territory before moving to Melbourne for a year and completing his GP training in Hobart.

For Dr Morgan, the greatest career highlight is achieving the best health outcomes for his patients. His areas of professional interest include men’s health, paediatrics, and chronic disease management.

Outside of work, Dr Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, going for walks and playing golf.

Dr Molly Colburn is a dedicated and compassionate GP who brings extensive international experience to her practice. Originally from a small village in the Essex countryside, she completed a degree in French language and linguistics at the University of East Anglia before moving to London to study medicine. She graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2015.

Dr Colburn spent four years working in NHS hospitals before relocating to Australia, where she gained broad emergency medicine experience in Townsville, Brisbane and Dubbo. After three years abroad, she returned to the UK to complete the GP training program and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK). She later moved back to Australia with her family and obtained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2024 while working in Murwillumbah, NSW.

Dr Colburn enjoys all aspects of general practice. Her areas of interest include women’s health, sexual health, paediatrics and urgent care.
