Emma completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University in 2019, followed by clinical training at Flinders Medical Centre, where she focused on the Renal Unit and Oncology Outpatient Clinic.

As a compassionate Dietitian, Emma believes in empowering her clients to take an active role in setting their nutrition goals. This approach has helped many clients successfully adopt sustainable, healthy habits around food.

Emma’s philosophy is that good nutrition doesn’t need to be complex or restrictive. With the right education and an individualized plan, she helps her clients make meaningful improvements to their health through food.

She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, guiding her clients to develop the skills they need for lasting change. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all meal plans, Emma teaches clients how to create balanced, nutritious meals that suit their tastes and lifestyles. This way, clients can confidently plan meals that they love and that work for them.
