Robyn is an Registered Psychologist consulting adolescent, adult and elderly patients from our Hope Valley Practice with expertise in many areas including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, sleep, trauma, self-harm, substance abuse and addiction, chronic pain, bipolar and personality disorders, relationship issues and low self-esteem.

Practitioner Biography

Robyn graduated from Murdoch University in Western Australia in 1989 before managing Rehabilitation and Counselling for Australia Post and the Department of Education and working with Workers Compensation claimants for both physical and emotional issues. Robyn returned to her birth home in South Australia and was employed as the Clinical Services Leader for the Riverland Division of General Practice before entering Private Practice.

Robyn uses an eclectic range of therapy’s including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and Motivational Therapy.
