Dr Tania D’Aloia is a Registered Psychologist with experience working with teens and adults from a range of value systems and cultural backgrounds in both public and private settings. She completed a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at Middlesex University in the United Kingdom, and has experience working as a Psychologist in the UK, Darwin and Adelaide.
Her approach to therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Counselling, Goal/Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to provide individualised treatment for each client.
Tania has experience working with a variety of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment to life issues. Some common stressors have included issues around managing illness, improving relationships, workplace or school bullying, identity, gender and/or sexuality concerns, low self-esteem, confidence issues and major life transitions.
David is an Adelaide Psychologist consulting from our Kidman Park Psychology Clinic with an approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.
David truly believes that building rapport is one of the most fundamental parts of any therapeutic relationship. David works across a range of age groups from adolescent to late adulthood and emphasises client centred skills which also include relapse prevention. He is committed to providing a quality service that embraces client input.
Dedicated to providing high quality work, David’s therapeutic technique encompasses an eclectic approach from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. David has an interest in neurology and coming from a clinical rehabilitation background, is well versed in the complexities people may experience with chronic illness.
