Dr Margaret Prysak is a Psychologist who has an interest in the treatment of Affective/Anxiety disorders, Depression, Grief, Substance dependence, Trauma and Stress-related issues of adults, adolescents and primary aged children. Margaret uses various evidence-based therapy models, including cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, including mindfulness practices. Margaret is bilingual and happy to see Polish-speaking clients.

David truly believes that building rapport is one of the most fundamental parts of any therapeutic relationship. David works across a range of age groups from adolescent to late adulthood and emphasises client centred skills which also include relapse prevention. He is committed to providing a quality service that embraces client input.

Dedicated to providing high quality work, David’s therapeutic technique encompasses an eclectic approach from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. David has an interest in neurology and coming from a clinical rehabilitation background, is well versed in the complexities people may experience with chronic illness.

In his spare time David enjoys time with his diverse friendship group. He is keen on staying fit and enjoys travelling to faraway places and equally, sharing his experiences.
