Stacey Breede is a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist with particular interest in lower limb muscle imbalances consulting from our Norwood Massage Clinic.
Stacey completed her Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Australian Institute of Fitness’ Adelaide Campus, where she gained knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Remedial and Sports Massage. Her long-standing passion in sports has driven her to become a remedial massage therapist and sports trainer with the Glenelg Football Club where she enjoys working as a part of a Medical Team to treat and manage a range of musculo-skeletal conditions.
Through reaching a broad audience of labourers, office workers and athletes, Stacey has established a skill-set that enables her to customise treatment modalities for the individual needs of the patient with a core focus on increasing range of motion, alleviating stiffness and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system.
