• Biography  
  Dr Saumya Rana, the Principal Dentist at Pro Dental SA, received her bachelor of dental surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2005. Since graduation, she has gained extensive experience in all aspects of dentistry while working in rural and metropolitan practices. In the last few years, she has been working in one of Adelaide’s Premier CBD dental practices and has been closely mentored by prominent Adelaide dentists. She believes that strong technical skills along with excellent communication ensure the highest standard of care is provided. In her years of experience, she has developed strong restorative skills and has a special interest in complex treatment planning with implants. In addition to her clinical experience she has attended several world-class courses on aesthetic dentistry and has also volunteered in dental aid work in Vietnam. Jacqui is a Dental Hygienist at Pro Dental SA's Kidman Park Dental Practice.

• Biography  
  Jacqui Cornish first began working in the dental profession in 1983. She graduated as a Dental Hygienist in Adelaide in 1987. Upon graduation Jacqui joined one of Adelaide’s most highly regarded practices, working alongside general and specialist practitioners recognised both nationally and internationally for their contribution to dentistry. It was within this practice and valued learning environment that she first met and practised together with Dr Saumya Rana.

  In 2002, Jacqui completed a Bachelor of Nursing at The University of South Australia and consequently divided her working time between practise as a Registered Nurse and practise as a Dental Hygienist. Working in numerous dental practices and hospitals in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, Jacqui has also been employed at the University of Adelaide assisting with research in the dental field.

  In 2015, Jacqui graduated from Flinders University after completing a Master of Education with a specialisation in Cognitive Psychology and Educational Practice. Other areas of interest have included completion of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with TAFE SA, Certificate 3 in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness and a Certificate 3 in Dog Behaviour and Training with the National Dog Trainers Federation.

  Outside of her involvement in dentistry, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children, pets and friends. Interests include camping, 4 Wheel Drive journeys and volunteering with dog rescues and shelters.

  Now re-joining principal practitioner Dr Rana at Pro Dental in 2016, she looks forward to continuing to provide patients with the highest standard of care to deliver healthy and beautiful smiles.

  Jacqui now practises solely in Dental Hygiene and maintains ongoing professional development with continuing education and courses in the area of dentistry and is a current member of The Dental Hygienist Association of Australia.

Dr Woo is a Dentist consulting from our Dental Practice in Kidman Park with interests in dental extractions including wisdom teetch, pre-prosthetic surgery, dental emergencies and dental trauma.

• Biography  
  Dr Ven Woo graduated with Honors from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Biomedicine before attaining a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016, being awarded the Dean’s Honors List for Dentistry as well as the John and Elsie Jago Prize in Community Health.

  Dr Woo has worked in various prestigious positions that include the Monash Medical Centre, the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and the Adelaide Dental Hospital where he currently consults within the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit.

  Dr Woo is currently studying medicine at the University of Adelaide to pursue his interest in Dentoalveolar Surgery.
