Ingredients
• 1 very ripe avocado
• 1 very ripe banana
• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• (Optional) 2 soft, pitted medjool dates if you like it a bit sweeter
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Purée until smooth.
2. Can be refrigerated, covered, for up to 3 days.
3. Try using as a dip for sweet fresh fruits, or use as an alternative frosting on chocolate almond cake or banana bread.
