Exercise physiologists are knowledgeable about the effects that exercise has on the musculoskeletal system, as well as on the cardiovascular and endocrine systems.

Exercise is the foundation for maintaining muscular strength and improving balance, thus reducing the risk of falls and allowing everyday activities to remain manageable. As you get older, exercise becomes even more important in relation to maintaining a healthy heart, muscular mobility and reducing muscular aches and pains.
