Individual Training at Pro Studio SA

At Pro Studio, our Personal Trainers will commence with an Initial Consultation. This is an opportunity to gain a “snap shot” of your body and the way it stands at the beginning of our training program. From here we are able to formulate and design a program based on your test results to best suit your body and the desired goals you are looking to achieve.
Pro Studio SA has 2 options available for the Initial Consultation:

  1. A 2-hour consult consisting of posture analysis (dynamic and static), movement analysis (squat, bend, lunge, push, pull and twist – the 6 main movements of the human body), nutrition and stress questionnaires, muscle length and/or strength assessments, fitness testing and body fat measurements. We would then set our targets for the next 12 months during a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) goal setting session.
  2. A 1-hour consult consisting of body fat measurements, nutrition and stress questionnaires, movement assessment and NLP goal setting session.

We Strongly recommend the 2 hour consult as your trainer will have a better understanding of your body and can design the program more specifically to your goals.

We also offer a range of time durations per session and session numbers per week to suit all Pro Studio SA clients.

All you need to do is choose either:

  • 30 minute session
  • 45 minute session
  • 60 minute session

Then Choose either:

  • Once per month
  • Once per fortnight
  • Once per week
  • Twice per week
  • Three times per week

Once you have chosen your desired training schedule we make sure everything fits into place with a weekly schedule, and program design.
