Group Training in Adelaide at Pro Studio SA

Group Programs are a great way to get yourself and your friends along to a fun, high energy training session.

Pro Studio SA offers group sessions for between 2 to 6 people. Group sessions go for 1 hour and can be held at all times of the day. Types of sessions can range from Circuit Training, Pilates, Weight Training, Power Training, Fitness Training, Boxing or Kickboxing Sessions, Stretching Sessions or even CHI (Energy) sessions.

All you need to do is decide on which of your lucky friends you want to join you and which of the fantastic training sessions you want to experience.
