Georgia Middleton is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Flinders University.
Georgia has professional experience working with a range of individuals on weight management, Diabetes Mellitus (Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational), cancer, malnutrition and nutrition during pregnancy. She has particular interest in working with adults and children to achieve their weight goals using a ‘non-dieting approach’, children’s nutrition, those following a vegan or vegetarian diet, those recovering from eating disorders and sufferers of IBS.
With a thorough understanding of client-focused and holistic care, Georgia works with clients to set personalised and realistic goals and develop practical strategies that align with their priorities and lifestyle. Using a friendly, non-judgemental approach, Georgia aims to provide a comfortable environment where the client’s priorities are valued and at the centre of care. Her role is to help empower individuals to take control of their health, by providing continuous support and ongoing motivation to help them reach and maintain their goals for nutrition, health and wellbeing.

Fiona Stokoe is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University.
Fiona has worked comprehensively with individuals on healthy weight management and general family nutrition. Fiona also has a strong background in management of chronic conditions such as Diabetes (Type 1 and 2), Insulin Resistance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Cardiovascular Disease and Modified Texture Diets.
Holding a special interest in Gastrointestinal Disorders, Fiona consults with clients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Coeliac Disease and Food Allergies & Intolerances.
Fiona is passionate about working with people in achieving nutrition and health goals. She provides clients with a highly individualised and holistic service, assisting them in identifying goals, developing practical strategies and maintaining their motivation to achieve positive health and lifestyle outcomes long term. Fiona is a dedicated and empathetic health care profession that endeavours to provide a comfortable and judgment free environment in which she empowers individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices and improve their quality of life.
