The perfect meal to start the day…
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup processed bran
- ½ cup chopped dates
- ½ cup chopped dried apple
- ½ cup dried currants
- ½ cup LSA (ground linseeds,
- sunfl ower seeds and almonds)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients into a mix bowl.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Transfer muesli to an airtight container for storage.
